Image Quality & Format For optimal engraving, we require high-quality images. The preferred format is a black and white image, where the black areas of the image will be engraved onto the product. Please avoid submitting grayscale or color photos, as these may not translate well to the engraving process. The clearer and sharper the image, the more precise the final engraving will be. Photographs usually do not work well at this size.
Image Proportions To ensure your design fits perfectly on the item, please make sure your image has the same proportions as the product you are ordering. This prevents distortion and guarantees that the final engraving accurately reflects your submitted design.
Following these guidelines will help us create a crisp, clear, and beautiful custom-engraved item for you.

To ensure a seamless and precise final product, please provide as much detail as possible regarding your project's layout. Specific instructions help us align your vision with our production capabilities, resulting in an engraved item that perfectly matches your expectations.
Key details to include:
Placement and Orientation: Clearly specify where the design should be placed on the item (e.g., centered, top right corner, bottom edge). If the item has multiple sides, indicate which side should be engraved and how the design should be oriented (e.g., portrait or landscape).
Sizing: Provide the exact dimensions or scale for the design. You can specify this in inches, millimeters, or as a percentage of the total engravable area (e.g., "75% of the total width").
Spacing and Margins: If the design includes multiple elements, specify the desired spacing between them. Similarly, if you want a specific margin from the edges of the material, please include that measurement.
Image and Text Alignment: For designs that combine text and images, please specify how they should be aligned relative to each other (e.g., text centered below the image, text to the right of the image).
By providing these details upfront, you help us eliminate guesswork and ensure your custom project is laid out exactly as you've envisioned.
